We are looking for a talented Retail Analyst with a growing Retail Placemaking consultancy, to take on a pivotal role in examining retail visitation, sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders. Ideally the candidate will have knowledge and experience in destination tourism, retail or hospitality.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze client data on customer visitation and behaviour to support retail strategies. Forecast key KPIs, including visitation, sales revenue, and rental income. Develop detailed appraisal models to back up forecasts.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities. Create a global retail benchmarks database.
  • Customer Insights and Behavior Analysis:
    Develop customer segmentation models to understand preferences and behaviors, and inform the creation of customer personas. Provide insights to improve customer experience and loyalty.
