Our client, a purpose-driven hospitality group, is looking for a visionary Director of People & Culture to lead its people strategy and shape a culture rooted in authenticity, wellbeing, and conscious community. This is a unique opportunity to build the function from the ground up, with a strategic Chief of Staff component supporting the CEO.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures that reflect the company’s values
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, HR administration, and compliance
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention for corporate staff; support hotel-level hiring
  • Design and deliver training and development programs
  • Champion employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Drive engagement through surveys, feedback loops, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation
  • Partner with the CEO on strategic planning and execution
  • Prepare leadership communications and board materials
  • Support cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement
  • Help maintain organisational alignment and momentum
