Join our client, a leading business in the hospitality/tourism sector based in Jersey, as their new Campaign and Brand Manager and become an integral part of the tourism team. They are seeking an experienced marketing expert to spearhead the marketing efforts and drive growth in the visitor economy of this stunning destination. With an array of activities and culinary delights to showcase, you’ll be tasked with promoting sustainable tourism in an innovative and cost-effective manner across the UK and Europe.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing impactful advertising campaigns and strategic content initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining brand consistency across all communications and campaigns. Ability to relocate to Jersey is essential.
Skills- Proven experience and a deep understanding of campaign marketing and strategic planning, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or tourism sectors.
- A flair for creative storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and develop standout campaigns.
- Proficiency in utilising CRM solutions and leveraging data to inform marketing strategies.
- Expertise in leading and executing email campaigns, optimising landing pages, and enhancing user funnels.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse market potential and interpret marketing performance data.
- A degree or advanced degree in marketing is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles.
