Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their collaborative London team. Our client partners with major travel brands to deliver innovative training solutions, high-impact campaigns and data‑led insights to a global audience.

The Role

As Account Manager, you’ll nurture a portfolio of travel industry clients—guiding them through onboarding, shaping campaign strategy, and ensuring they gain maximum value from their market‑leading platform. You’ll build strong, consultative relationships, deliver multi‑channel marketing activity, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for a portfolio of new and established clients
  • Lead onboarding, ensuring partners understand tools, reporting and best practice
  • Plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns
  • Run regular account reviews and provide insight‑driven recommendations
  • Maintain high retention while spotting upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Ensure content and promotional assets remain accurate and engaging
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM and workflow record

Skills

  • Proven experience in account management, client services or partnerships
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills
