FULLY REMOTE – FIELD BASED – IDEALLY BASED IN THE SOUTH OF ENGLAND Are you a commercially minded relationship‑builder who knows how to drive growth, influence key partners, and make things happen? Our client — a leading name in luxury travel — is seeking a Partnerships Manager to take ownership of their national trade partners and accelerate sales across the UK market. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on autonomy, commercial strategy, and building exceptional partnerships. The Role You’ll be responsible for managing, developing, and growing a portfolio of national and key trade partners, ensuring the brand is front‑of‑mind and commercially successful. You’ll combine strategic account planning with hands‑on delivery — from performance reviews and negotiations through to activating trade marketing campaigns and unlocking new revenue opportunities. This is a field-based role where visibility with partners is key. If you enjoy being out in market, influencing decision‑makers, and driving results, this will suit you perfectly. Key Responsibilities * Lead and grow national trade partnerships across the UK * Build strong, credible relationships across head office, commercial, and call-centre teams * Develop account plans focused on increasing revenue, share, and productivity * Identify and secure new partnership opportunities across B2B and B2C channels * Champion the brand through training, engagement, and joint marketing activity * Use data and insights to track performance, identify gaps, and deliver commercial solutions * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Commercial teams to maximise impact * Manage trade marketing funds with a clear focus on ROI Skills Who We’re Looking For * A proven background in national account management, partnerships, or trade sales * Strong commercial acumen with a record of delivering revenue and growth * Excellent relationship‑building, influence, and negotiation skills * Confident working with data, forecasting, and performance reporting * A self‑starter with energy, pace, and a results-focused mindset * Travel industry experience (cruise advantageous but not essential) * Someone who enjoys being in front of partners and driving momentum in person
