What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping analyse customer service data to generate actionable insights
  • Supporting the migration from a traditional data warehouse to Microsoft Fabric
  • Building and maintaining ETL processes, reports (Power BI, some SSRS), and working with Azure Data Factory
  • Learning our core systems (Azure, Microsoft CRM, housing systems) and contributing to data quality and governance
