With a strong reputation for delivering best-in-class paid media campaigns, they work with major brands handling budgets from £100k to £300k per month.
This is a key hire to lead their PPC capability and act as the central hub of knowledge within the paid media team.
The Role This role replaces an experienced senior team member and will take ownership of 1–2 tier 1 client accounts, overseeing strategy, delivery, and optimisation of PPC campaigns.
Around half of your time will be client-facing, while also providing leadership and guidance to a small team.
You’ll ensure PPC best practice is embedded across the agency, manage significant budgets, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Lead strategy and execution for tier 1 PPC accounts with budgets of £100k–£300k per month.
Be the go-to PPC expert, providing guidance to colleagues and clients.
Line manage one Paid Media Manager, with indirect oversight of a Paid Media Executive.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering performance updates and strategic recommendations.
Oversee campaign planning, testing, and optimisation to drive measurable results.
Ensure delivery against client KPIs and budget targets.
Stay ahead of PPC trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge across the team.
Collaborate with other channel leads to ensure an integrated paid media strategy.
