THE ROLE
Join the Business Reporting team as a BI Developer, building high-quality Power BI dashboards and supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions. You'll be contributing to a brand-new Microsoft Fabric data platform while delivering clear, actionable insights to help teams make confident, data-driven decisions.
What you'll do:
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards including data models, DAX measures, visuals, and Row-Level Security (RLS) aligned to business requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the brand-new Data Platform built on Microsoft Fabric
- Respond to analysis requests, delivering timely and accurate outputs with clear commentary
- Validate data, document assumptions, and improve data quality across the reporting estate
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance and eCommerce to translate business questions into well-defined reporting solutions
- Collaborate with the Business Reporting team on semantic models and shared metrics
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Solid SQL skills with hands-on experience writing queries and manipulating data
