Join the Business Reporting team as a BI Developer, building high-quality Power BI dashboards and supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions. You will be contributing to a brand-new Microsoft Fabric data platform while delivering clear, actionable insights to help teams make confident, data-driven decisions.
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards including data models, DAX measures, visuals, and Row-Level Security (RLS) aligned to business requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the brand-new Data Platform built on Microsoft Fabric
- Respond to analysis requests, delivering timely and accurate outputs with clear commentary
- Validate data, document assumptions, and improve data quality across the reporting estate
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance and eCommerce to translate business questions into well-defined reporting solutions
- Collaborate with the Business Reporting team on semantic models and shared metrics
BI Tools: Power BI (primary), Microsoft Fabric (new platform)
Database: SQL Server
Data Tools: Excel (advanced), SSRS, SSIS (exposure helpful)
Integrations: ERP systems, Salesforce
Solid SQL skills with hands-on experience writing queries and manipulating data.
Hands-on Power BI development experience including data models, DAX measures, and visualizations.
Strong Excel skills for quick analysis and data manipulation.
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and Salesforce experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric (actively building on this platform).
Experience with legacy Microsoft BI technologies (SSRS, SSIS).
Understanding of data governance and quality principles.
Hybrid - 3 days per week in office.
