A well-established online healthcare company is searching for a Lead UX/UI Designer on a contract basis. With a rapidly growing roadmap and multiple exciting streams of work across both human and pet health, they need a confident, proactive designer who can hit the ground running.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working across 45+ live projects with another 35+ in the roadmap - you will never be short of variety.
- Designing for end-to-end customer journeys across web and app, including areas like prescriptions, health services, vaccinations, pet prescriptions, and OTC products.
- Bringing strong UX thinking and polished UI execution to every brief, balancing usability with brand.
- Navigating a regulated industry - so an eye for compliance and how it shapes design and CTAs will really help.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Skills & Experience
- A strong background in UX/UI, with e-commerce and healthcare experience.
- Experience working agency-side would be a benefit.
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment is a big plus.
- A great personality and attitude - you will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of work without dropping quality.
- Expertise working with Adobe Suite and Figma.
Benefits
