A well-established online healthcare company is searching for a Lead UX/UI Designer on a contract basis. With a rapidly growing roadmap and multiple exciting streams of work across both human and pet health, they need a confident, proactive designer who can hit the ground running.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working across 45+ live projects with another 35+ in the roadmap - you will never be short of variety.
  • Designing for end-to-end customer journeys across web and app, including areas like prescriptions, health services, vaccinations, pet prescriptions, and OTC products.
  • Bringing strong UX thinking and polished UI execution to every brief, balancing usability with brand.
  • Navigating a regulated industry - so an eye for compliance and how it shapes design and CTAs will really help.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Experience

  • A strong background in UX/UI, with e-commerce and healthcare experience.
  • Experience working agency-side would be a benefit.
  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment is a big plus.
  • A great personality and attitude - you will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of work without dropping quality.
  • Expertise working with Adobe Suite and Figma.

Benefits

£250-£300 per day, outside IR35, Leeds, 1 day per week in the office.
