We are looking for an Enablement Lead to drive complex digital projects for global clients. You will lead workstreams across data collection and activation, leveraging tools like Adobe and Google Analytics, while coordinating developers, stakeholders, and cross-channel teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary client contact, managing digital projects across 6 core service areas.
- Translate complex client needs into actionable plans, with clear documentation and oversight.
- Lead implementations in analytics, CRO, personalisation, or insights.
- Use data and research to shape testing and optimisation strategies.
- Provide tool training and strategic advice.
- Be seen as a subject matter expert in one or more service areas.
