As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:

Over time, you’ll progress into running your own desk, managing both clients and candidates, with uncapped earning potential linked directly to performance.
You’ll join the Harnham Academy, our structured training programme designed to support people entering recruitment for the first time. You’ll receive:
