We are partnering with a fast growing technology driven organisation based in central London that operates in a highly analytical and engineering led environment. They are looking to hire a Technical Project Manager to support delivery across multiple complex systems and development initiatives. This is a hands on role working closely with software engineers and technical stakeholders, owning delivery plans, managing priorities, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently in a fast paced setting.
The role will include:
- Managing multiple technical projects end to end across software and data platforms
- Building and maintaining delivery roadmaps while adapting to changing priorities
- Working closely with developers and researchers to coordinate workloads and timelines
- Identifying delivery risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Improving project management frameworks, documentation and reporting
- Supporting process improvement and resource planning across teams
- Acting as a key bridge between technical delivery and business objectives
Key skills and experience:
- Proven experience delivering complex technical or software projects
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development and infrastructure
- Background working with developers in an engineering led environment
- Programming exposure ideally in C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Database experience such as SQL Server, Oracle or equivalent
- Experience working with version control and project management tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non technical stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
