TECHNICAL CUSTOMER DIGITAL ANALYST

UP TO £45,000 + £3,000 BONUS

HYBRID – LONDON – 3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE

THE COMPANY

This retail group is extremely well known in the UK, Europe, and APAC regions, and they are now looking to expand their Digital analytics team!

THE ROLE

As a Technical Customer Digital Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for GA4 and Bigquery internally
  • Work closely with implementation specialists to expand website data coverage
  • Assessing onsite customer journey analysis
  • Reporting back on insights to senior stakeholders throughout the group
  • Suggesting new opportunities to the business
  • Looking at different product categories, customer audiences, and segmentation
  • Reporting on sales and transaction performance

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • GA4 experience is a must have
  • Experience with any data visualization tool is required
  • SQL and Bigquery experience is required
  • A/B testing experience is a plus
  • Stakeholder management experience required
  • Industry experience a plus
