The Role
You will develop and deploy advanced NLP and GenAI solutions across the full ML lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and improve models for information extraction, retrieval, re-ranking, and sentiment analysis.
- Fine-tune language models and optimise LLM performance.
- Design and evaluate experiments to improve product outcomes.
- Develop production-ready machine learning solutions.
- Work with agentic AI systems and modern NLP architectures.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning language models and working with LLMs.
- Knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Understanding of model deployment and productionisation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A practical approach to solving real-world business problems.
