The Role
As a Customer Selections & Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering customer selections and providing insight into campaign performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and delivering customer selections using SQL
- Translating campaign briefs into technical requirements and data solutions
- Working across multiple customer datasets to identify and target the right audiences
- Developing and maintaining campaign performance dashboards
- Analysing campaign results and test-and-learn activity to improve ROI
- Providing actionable insight to support customer targeting strategies
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver business value
- Presenting data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Supporting data quality and quality assurance processes
- Collaborating with analytics teams to continually refine targeting approaches
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial SQL experience
- Experience in customer selections, audience selections, campaign analytics, CRM analytics, or customer data environments
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Data visualisation experience, ideally using Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
- Experience delivering insight to support strategic decision-making
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality
- Experience within a regulated environment is beneficial but not essential
What They Offer
- £45,000 to £50,000 base salary
- 17.5% annual bonus, paid pro rata
