A global AI and data platform operating in the research and consumer intelligence space is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join a newly formed Synthetic Intelligence team. The business is investing heavily into Generative AI and building next-generation systems that augment real human data using LLMs, NLP, and behavioural modelling techniques. This is a highly applied role focused on production delivery, experimentation, and real-world AI deployment rather than pure research.

You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and deploy synthetic data systems capable of generating high-quality survey responses, behavioural predictions, and audience insights at scale. The role would suit someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working autonomously, and communicating complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and deploy LLM-based synthetic data generation systems
  • Design validation methodologies and statistical experiments
  • Develop NLP workflows for open-text generation and augmentation
  • Work closely with Engineering on production deployment pipelines
  • Contribute to profiling, behavioural modelling, and audience systems
  • Present methodologies and findings to stakeholders and clients
  • Help shape the roadmap of a growing synthetic intelligence platform
