Staff Data Scientist Salary: £95,000,-£115,000 + benefits London – Flexible working (Can be remote) This role is 100% hands-on – with technical leadership Join and lead a dynamic team of Engineers working to drive search, ranking and recommender systems in a Market Research driven company. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a small team of 3-4, to design and build models across GenAI, Search & Ranking, Deep Learning Recommender Systems and classical ML Driving best practices, code reviews and coding when needed You’ll be advising stakeholders on AI best practices and scoping out projects Working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating insights and reports on key findings Opportunity to grow and develop, building out a team SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Required MSc or PhD in STEM/AI related subject Search & Ranking ML experience required OR strong recommender system experience with deep learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow and Neural Networks) 5+ years of Data Science experience Proficiency in Python, SQL and Software best practices Experience working with large data sets and a large user base is essential Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders Apply below!
