Harnham is continuing to grow its UK-based, US-focused recruitment team, and we’re looking to hire experienced recruiters who want to stay in London while building a long-term career in the US market.
This team was launched just 12 months ago and has already established itself as a high-performing, commercially strong group.
The Team & Market- UK-based team focused exclusively on the US market
- Strong client base with an increasing focus on retained and engaged work
- Average billing of $35k per consultant over the last 6 months
- $750k billed in the last quarter
- Long-term partnerships with several US clients
- Managing and growing your own US desk from London
- Working closely with our NYC-based team (WeWork, FiDi)
- Developing client relationships across the US market
- Building toward more retained and strategic work
- Collaborating with high-performing peers in a growing team
- Regular, fully expensed business trips to New York
- Day-to-day collaboration with our on-the-ground US team
- Opportunity to build a genuine US network while remaining UK-based
