The Role

  • Own and optimise the end to end customer onboarding journey within a mobile app.
  • Design and improve KYC and identity verification flows to balance compliance and experience.
  • Analyse sign up and activation funnels to identify and reduce drop off points.
  • Drive improvements to early engagement and activation metrics.
  • Support product launches and localisation across new markets and regions.
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, data and compliance teams to deliver growth focused outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong product management experience within fintech or digital financial services.
  • Proven ownership of onboarding, activation or growth focused product areas.
  • Experience working on KYC or identity verification journeys.
  • Confident using funnel analytics and customer data to guide decision making.
  • Background building and scaling B2C mobile products with large user bases.
