The Role: This role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong data quality and governance practices across key datasets to ensure trust and reliability for finance and business teams. It involves designing and implementing data quality frameworks, including metrics, validation checks, and monitoring using tools like SQL and dbt, while proactively identifying and resolving data issues at their source in collaboration with engineering teams. The position also requires building and managing a data governance platform, covering data dictionaries, lineage, and ownership, alongside defining clear data standards and ensuring visibility for stakeholders. Your Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands on experience with SQL and dbt, with a passion for data quality and metrics.
