The Role
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality data solutions and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document data and reporting requirements
  • Building and delivering dashboards and visualisations using Power BI
  • Writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
  • Supporting data modelling and contributing to the development of scalable data structures
  • Collaborating with data engineers on ETL processes and pipeline development
  • Ensuring data quality through testing, validation, and issue resolution
  • Supporting data governance by maintaining data dictionaries, metadata, and KPI definitions

Your Skills & Experience
• Strong commercial experience with SQL and relational databases
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI, including DAX
• Solid understanding of data modelling concepts such as star and snowflake schemas
• Experience working with ETL processes and data integration
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience working with stakeholders across different levels of an organisation
• Knowledge of data governance practices and documentation standards
