They are seeking an SEO Lead to establish and own the SEO function from the ground up. This is a foundational, high-autonomy role reporting directly to the CMO, responsible for building a robust SEO strategy, managing technical challenges, and scaling the function to drive significant growth.
You will be the go-to expert for all things SEO, shaping processes, tools, and best practices, while also managing external agency relationships.
Responsibilities
Build and own the SEO function from scratch, with full ownership and accountability.
Lead technical SEO strategy including migrations, troubleshooting, and optimisations.
Ensure SEO is a driver of growth across both consumer and enterprise-facing products.
Manage relationships with agencies and other third-party vendors.
Scale SEO capabilities and infrastructure, introducing processes and tools to support growth.
Monitor performance, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Candidate Profile
Strong technical SEO expertise (highest priority).
Experience working in environments where SEO is a primary driver of growth.
Skilled at managing complex technical issues, migrations, and troubleshooting.
