We're supporting a major European travel organisation on the search for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.
This is a hands-on role for someone who calls themselves a Service Cloud expert and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where quality, best practice and continuous improvement are valued.
You'll play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of the Service Cloud platform, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring robust deployment and release processes.
- What you'll be doing
- Leading configuration and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Managing the deployment lifecycle using modern Dev Ops practices.
- Preparing, validating and deploying changes safely across Salesforce environments.
- Working with Git Hub and Gearset to manage source control and deployments.
- Collaborating with technical and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Identifying and helping reduce technical debt across the platform.
- Supporting continuous improvement and platform optimisation.
What we're looking for
- Extensive Salesforce Administration experience with deep expertise in Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Dev Ops and modern deployment practices.
- Commercial experience using Git Hub and Gearset.
- Experience comparing environments, managing source control and deploying changes safely into production.
- Knowledge of Einstein AI capabilities within Salesforce.
- Experience building solutions using clicks not code, including Flows and declarative automation.
- Understanding of CTI integrations and contact centre environments.
- Comfortable working across both functional and technical discussions.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, friendly team and brings a positive attitude as well as strong technical capability.
