The Role

  • Own product analytics across key customer acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention journeys.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through proactive analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Product, Commercial, and Leadership teams to influence strategic decisions.
  • Define analytics requirements, tracking plans, success metrics, and guardrail metrics for new product launches.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments from hypothesis through to business recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and self-service reporting solutions to improve access to insights.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and product performance to uncover drivers of growth and areas for optimisation.
  • Challenge assumptions using data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Support and mentor analysts, helping to elevate experimentation and analytics best practice across the team.
