This is a high impact Senior Analyst role within a purpose led, digital first organisation where data plays a central role in driving sustainable revenue growth. You will take ownership of critical lifetime value and revenue metrics, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve data quality, insight and decision making across marketing and reader revenue.

The Role
- Own and develop lifetime value and revenue metrics across multiple products, helping move toward a single customer view
- Improve the reliability and performance of core data models, including maintaining and enhancing DBT models
- Take ownership of key marketing and revenue dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability and trust in the numbers
- Support experimentation and A/B testing with robust analytical input and measurement
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product and strategy to provide insight, reporting and guidance
- Contribute to strategic projects including customer segmentation and business planning
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience operating as a Senior Analyst in a commercial or marketing focused environment
- Proven ownership of lifetime value modelling and revenue metrics
- Solid SQL capability with experience using Python and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
- Exposure to DBT or modern analytics engineering practices is beneficial
