The Role and Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on and strategic analytics position, ideal for someone looking to blend technical expertise with commercial influence. You’ll have the option to grow into leadership or develop along a high-impact individual contributor (IC) path — both well-supported in the organisation. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, and leadership, helping drive key decisions through analytics, experimentation, and predictive modelling. - Marketing & Channel Measurement - Understand and optimise marketing investments and channel performance.
- User Engagement & Churn - Analyse behaviours to drive customer retention and lifetime value.
- Forecasting & Predictive Modelling - Build models that inform planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Commercial Opportunity Identification - Partner with commercial teams to surface high-value growth opportunities across key markets.
Your Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for a pragmatic and commercially minded analyst who can drive actionable insight through advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong statistical and advanced analytics skills (e.g. regression, clustering, forecasting)
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders — influencing decision-makers across the business
- A background in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a similar quantitative field
