The Role
- Lead end to end analytics consulting engagements, from problem definition through to measurable business impact.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships.
- Shape analytical approaches across data extraction, modelling, experimentation and insight activation.
- Translate analytics into commercial outcomes across growth, risk, pricing and customer experience.
- Drive commercial activity including opportunity development, proposals, scoping and account growth.
- Build delivery excellence by setting standards, managing multi workstream teams and embedding best practice.
- Contribute to practice growth through intellectual property, reusable assets and mentoring consultants.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience leading analytics or data consulting engagements within financial services or similarly complex environments.
- Proven ability to own senior stakeholder relationships and influence decision making at executive level.
