THE ROLE

The client is looking for an experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to lead CRM strategy across email, push, and lifecycle marketing, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gather insights, shape strategy, and work closely with the CRM team to bring campaigns to life. You’ll also take the lead on co-branded partnerships, providing strategic direction and overseeing collaborative marketing efforts. With exciting growth underway, role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong experience in lifecycle management, partnership-led campaigns, and performance optimisation through A/B testing.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in customer lifecycle – with CRM or marketing experience

  • Someone commercially and strategically minded, but happy to roll their sleeves up
