A leading global retailer is seeking a Senior Customer Analyst to join a rapidly growing customer analytics team. With 4,500+ stores across 9 countries, this brand is best known in the UK and Europe for its off-price retail model, including a popular high-street fashion chain. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-evolving analytics function, working on high-impact projects such as store clustering, customer segmentation, and retail sales drivers. You'll play a key role in uncovering insights that inform strategy across marketing, customer loyalty, and performance.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end analytical projects using SQL and customer data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
- Present and communicate complex findings through compelling data storytelling
- Contribute to the growth and maturity of a young analytics function
Core Skills:
- 3+ years of advanced SQL experience (essential)
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication
- Background in working with relational databases, customer data, and marketing/CRM functions
- Familiarity with Python or R (advantageous)
- Exposure to GA, email marketing analytics, or retail data (nice to have)
