Senior CRM Manager
Hackney (Hybrid, 3 days office)
We’re working with a specialist retention agency that partners with some of the most exciting D2C ecommerce brands. They’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager (with a roadmap to Head of CRM) to lead their growing CRM team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead & develop a team of 3 CRM specialists
- Own CRM strategy & execution across 20+ client accounts
- Be the go-to Klaviyo expert, optimising lifecycle campaigns & retention journeys
- Oversee all CRM briefs, testing, and performance measurement
- Work closely with Account Managers, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver best-in-class campaigns
What we’re looking for:
- Deep CRM knowledge, especially Klaviyo (Shopify experience a big plus)
- Solid ecommerce/D2C background – ideally agency side or a fast‑paced brand
- Previous team leadership experience
- Strong time management across multiple accounts and stakeholders
- Salary up to £65,000 + EMI share options
- Brand new Hackney office (3 days a week in office)
