We’re looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to join a fast‑growing international organisation on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded, data‑driven CRM professional to lead customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
The Role
- You’ll own and optimise CRM strategy across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation, delivering personalised multi‑channel campaigns across email, SMS, app and direct mail.
- Working closely with marketing, digital and regional stakeholders, you’ll use data and automation to improve customer engagement and conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end CRM campaign planning and delivery
- Manage customer lifecycle and retention strategies
