Join a fast-paced, data-driven marketing team and take ownership of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that engage millions of members across the UK. Reporting into the CRM Lead, you’ll play a key role in building, scheduling, and optimising automated customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation.
The Role
- Build and schedule lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app (Braze).
- Manage automated journeys such as onboarding, renewal, and win-back flows.
- Maintain accurate, personalised campaign content and offers.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Member Services, and Legal to ensure campaigns meet compliance and business goals.
- Support campaign QA, reporting, and ongoing performance optimisation.
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing (ideally in digital/subscription environments).
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation/CRM tools.
The Benefits
£30,000-£35,000. Fully remote role.
