Senior CRM Executive (9-Month Maternity Cover)
Salary: £35k | Location: Flexible (1x month in office)

A rapidly growing membership-based business is seeking a Senior CRM Executive. This role reports into the Lifecycle CRM Lead and is key to building and optimising member journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging using Braze.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, schedule, and optimise lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns.

• Create and maintain email/SMS/in-app templates and copy.

• Support large-scale automated journeys including onboarding, renewal, and win-back campaigns.

• Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and personalised for dynamic member experiences.

• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and testing insights.

• Assist with tagging, segmentation, and personalisation across all CRM channels.

Requirements:

• 1+ years CRM experience, ideally with copywriting experience.

• Hands-on experience building campaigns and templates in a CRM (Braze or similar).

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, flexible environment.
