Location: Remote (optional office visits)

Salary: £35k-£40k

We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join a growing membership-based business on a 9-month maternity cover. The role is focused on lifecycle and campaign management across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.

Responsibilities

Build, schedule, and manage lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns

Develop journeys, templates, and messaging across multiple channels

Maintain and update content, offers, and seasonal messaging across journeys

Assist with segmentation, tagging, and personalisation to ensure dynamic content accuracy

Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation

Support the wider CRM team on automated and large-scale campaigns

Requirements

1+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze or similar)

Strong understanding of lifecycle campaigns and audience segmentation

Ability to build templates, journeys, and filters for multi-channel campaigns
