Senior CRM Executive – 9-Month Maternity Cover

Location: Remote (optional office visits)

Salary: £35k-£40k

We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join a growing membership-based business on a 9-month maternity cover. The role is focused on lifecycle and campaign management across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and manage lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop journeys, templates, and messaging across multiple channels
  • Maintain and update content, offers, and seasonal messaging across journeys
  • Assist with segmentation, tagging, and personalisation to ensure dynamic content accuracy
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Support the wider CRM team on automated and large-scale campaigns

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze or similar)
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle campaigns and audience segmentation
  • Ability to build templates, journeys, and filters for multi-channel campaigns
