SENIOR CREDIT RISK MANAGER

This business is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Manager to help manage the Credit Risk function of the business and manage the UK portfolio. You will develop data-driven strategies to deliver direct commercial impact.

This is global preferred embedded financing platform for some of the world’s leading e-commerce sites. The software platform offers an array of flexible financing products, to match the merchants desired offerings and branding.

THE ROLE

You will be doing the following daily:

• Formulate and execute credit risk strategies for diverse portfolios to drive business growth and profitability.
• Lead and guide a team of analytics professionals to deliver projects that improve business performance.
• Design and optimise underwriting processes to enhance commercial results across credit risk and other critical business areas.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to shape strategic decision-making.
• Use SQL regularly to develop and refine credit risk management strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, data-driven strategies.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong experience in credit risk analytics, and credit risk strategy.
• Experience in the SME space is ideal.
• Previous management experience.
• Expertise in SQL and/or Python.
• The ability to develop business models to drive strategic outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
