Glasgow – Hybrid (2 Days Per Week in Office)
AVP Salary: £55K – 65K (Up to £110K for Top Candidates)
ABOUT THE COMPANY
A major financial institution is growing its a 250+ member team working across risk, marketing, and product analytics. This team operates as an internal consultancy, delivering insight-driven strategies to support commercial growth.
THE ROLE
These roles focus on customer analytics, risk modelling, pricing strategy, and marketing optimisation, directly impacting key business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer insights to improve engagement and retention
- Apply advanced analytics techniques for risk, pricing, and segmentation
- Support marketing performance and product analytics
- Communicate insights to senior stakeholders, influencing key decisions
- Work across SQL, SAS, Python to extract and analyze data
VP Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects
- Manage teams of 2-4 analysts (up to 7-8 in some cases)
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy
AVP Responsibilities:
- Hands-on analytics in risk, marketing, and product
- Engage with stakeholders but no direct management required
