The Role
- Develop and lead the analytics strategy across commercial performance initiatives.
- Build forecasting, optimisation and commercial modelling capabilities.
- Deliver actionable insights to support pricing, promotions, product and trading decisions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.
- Help establish and grow a high-performing analytics function.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years' experience in Analytics, Data Science or Commercial Analytics.
- Strong SQL and Power BI (or a similar data visualisation tool).
- Python experience is advantageous.
- Experience within retail, consumer, e-commerce or another high-volume commercial environment.
- Strong background in pricing, promotions or commercial analytics.
- Previous people management experience with a track record of building or developing analytical capability.
