Known as one of the best workplaces in Financial Services, this high-growth company is actively expanding into international markets. What will you do? Own data modelling and DBT capabilities cross-functionally, as they look to expand internationally. You’ll be the go-to dbt expert in the team and upskill other people in the team. Responsibilities: Take ownership of the dbt setup, implementing best practices, optimizing queries, and ensuring the creation of robust, scalable models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data modelling requirements and ensure consistency across the organisation. Mentor and upskill team members, promoting the value of dbt and fostering a culture of data excellence within the company. Provide expert guidance to improve data workflows, driving efficiency and scalability across all data processes. What do you need? A background in Analytics Engineering, specifically data modelling. Tenure and experience in smaller-scale, high-growth environments are highly valued. Proven ability to manage complex models with significant data transformations Skilled in dbt, SQL, and ideally Snowflake. Exposure to programming (Python is a plus). What’s the process?
