The Role

  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-powered systems used in customer-facing products
  • Develop models that capture and reproduce a distinct editorial tone and style
  • Design and evaluate retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using structured content
  • Support experimentation in real-time generation, personalisation, and multimodal use cases, including audio
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and editorial stakeholders to translate ideas into working solutions
  • Contribute to a fast-moving, experimental environment where iteration and learning are central

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience working with large language models and NLP systems
  • Practical experience fine-tuning models using techniques such as supervised fine-tuning or prompt tuning
  • Strong Python capability and familiarity with modern LLM tooling and frameworks
  • Experience building or working with RAG pipelines and model evaluation approaches
