Location: Central London (Hybrid β 3 days onsite)

Their UK Data & AI Strategy practice is expanding rapidly, advising CDOs, CDAOs and leadership teams on building modern AI operating models and aligning transformation agendas with business outcomes.
The Role
As a Senior Consultant, youβll work closely with client stakeholders to define and deliver enterprise-level data and AI strategy. This is a hands-on, advisory-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact client settings but isnβt looking to build or implement technical solutions themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define AI transformation goals
- Identify and prioritise GenAI use cases
- Advise on AI governance, ethics, and regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act)
- Build high-level roadmaps, operating models, and strategic narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Architecture, Risk)
About You
- 3+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or FS transformation
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in regulated industries
- Familiar with GenAI concepts, AI regulation, and governance design
- Skilled in storytelling, executive communication, and workshop facilitation
- Permanent experience only (no contractors or freelance backgrounds)
