We're looking for a Senior Account Analytics Analyst to join a high-performing analytics team within a digital marketing environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical analytics capability with commercial thinking and stakeholder management experience. You'll work across multiple client accounts, delivering strategic insights that drive marketing effectiveness and business growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analysing large-scale online & offline marketing and consumer datasets
  • Delivering strategic insights to improve campaign performance and ROI
  • Supporting and interpreting Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) outputs
  • Conducting advanced analysis using SQL, Python and/or R
  • Presenting insights and recommendations directly to clients
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams across media, sales, product and account management

What we're looking for:

  • 4-6 years' experience in analytics / marketing analytics / data science
  • Strong statistical knowledge (A/B testing, confidence intervals, modelling uncertainty)
  • Hands-on MMM or advanced modelling experience
  • Strong SQL and Python/R capability
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Understanding of digital advertising, attribution and targeting methods
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
