This is a newly created Marketing Analyst role within a fast growing, premium consumer and eCommerce business where insight plays a central role in shaping commercial decisions. You will have real ownership, strong senior stakeholder exposure, and the opportunity to influence how marketing analytics evolves as the business scales.

The Role: You will sit within the Digital and Growth function, acting as the dedicated Marketing Analyst supporting CRM, customer growth and wider marketing optimisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing CRM performance across email, SMS and direct mail campaigns
- Supporting customer acquisition and paid media performance analysis
- Building and refining customer segments and audience strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve retention, frequency and customer lifetime value
- Designing, running and evaluating experiments and testing frameworks
- Supporting incrementality and attribution analysis
- Optimising customer lifecycle and welcome journey programmes
- Partnering with marketing stakeholders to turn insight into action
- Building analytical frameworks to improve marketing decision making
The role is weighted towards CRM and customer analytics, with exposure to paid media and broader digital channels.
Your Skills and Experience: Strong commercial experience in marketing, CRM, customer or digital analytics. Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large customer and marketing datasets. Experience analysing CRM channels such as email, SMS or direct mail. Understanding of customer segmentation, retention and lifetime value. Experience supporting campaign performance and marketing optimisation. Python or R experience is beneficial. Power BI or similar BI tool experience is advantageous. Comfortable operating independently and owning analytical projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through insight.
