The Opportunity

For the first time, a leading multi-brand property group is rolling out a group-wide CRM solution, leveraging Salesforce to drive alignment and efficiency across its UK, US, and European operations over a two-year transformation programme. With Salesforce and a delivery partner already onboard, the business is now seeking an experienced Salesforce contractor to lead the implementation of Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, ensuring successful delivery across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the internal teams and external Salesforce agency
  • Oversee technical delivery of Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations
  • Lead Marketing Cloud configuration and journey setup (60–70% focus)
  • Support Sales Cloud setup and optimisation (30–40% focus)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Ensure third-party agency work aligns with Salesforce best practices
  • Guide internal stakeholders on CRM strategy, marketing automation, and sales processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations (essential)
  • Solid working knowledge of Sales Cloud
