This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact digital marketing function within a growing eCommerce-led business. You will play a key role in rebuilding and scaling paid search and SEO performance, with the autonomy to shape strategy and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

They are a UK-based online-first business operating within a specialist B2B and consumer-facing sector. Their platform brings together a wide range of products from multiple suppliers, creating a streamlined purchasing experience for customers. With a strong focus on digital growth, they are investing in in-house expertise to enhance performance marketing and drive long-term scalability. The business offers a collaborative, technology-enabled environment with access to strong internal data and analytics capabilities.

You will lead PPC and SEO strategy, taking ownership of performance and growth across key digital channels:

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads activity, including Performance Max and Shopping campaigns
  • Owning the development and execution of a scalable PPC strategy focused on revenue, ROAS and lead quality
  • Leading SEO direction across product categories, working cross-functionally with content, development and product teams
  • Improving attribution, tracking accuracy and data reliability using tools such as GA4 and server-side tracking
  • Integrating CRM and call tracking data into campaign optimisation and reporting
  • Analysing performance data to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement

You will bring strong hands-on experience across performance marketing and analytics, including:

  • Proven capability managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy within product-led or eCommerce environments
  • Experience optimising campaigns towards commercial outcomes such as revenue, profit and lead quality
  • Experience working with CRM or call tracking data (e.g. Salesforce) to enhance performance
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment with ownership of results
