£26,000 base salary + commission

About the Role: You’ll join one of Harnham’s specialist Data & AI teams through our structured Academy Programme, designed to give you strong foundations in sales, recruitment, and market knowledge. This is a consultative sales role, where you’ll:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Influence decision-making and manage pipelines
- Develop deep knowledge in a niche, high-value market
You’ll be supported throughout by your Manager and our dedicated Learning & Development Lead, combining classroom training with hands-on experience from day one.
The Harnham Academy Journey:
Months 1–3: Learn & Master 180 Recruitment
- Sourcing active, passive, and hard-to-find candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and database searches
- Writing and posting compelling job adverts
- Screening, qualifying, and managing candidates through interview processes
Months 3–6: Choose Your Path
- Continue developing as a high-performing 180 recruiter, building deeper expertise in candidate management
- or Progress into full 360 recruitment, developing business development skills, managing clients, and owning the full recruitment lifecycle
You’ll receive structured training, clear targets, and ongoing coaching whichever path you choose.

- A recent graduate eager to start a professional career
- Someone with experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Highly motivated to succeed and driven by targets and progression
