THE ROLE
- Analysing customer and trend data, including work on root cause analysis and customer segmentation, to drive insight into lending performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the collections team to build forecasting models and conduct wider portfolio analysis.
- Work closely with compliance and risk to ensure adherence to policies and note abnormalities.
- Present and report to senior stakeholders, producing reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
