Pharma Research Director Healthcare Research, Pharmaceutical research Fully remote! United Kingdom £80,000 Base +bonus The Company: Harnham have exclusively partnered with leading global market research-based consultancy with a focus purely on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. For over 25 years, the organization have partnered with most of the world’s leading Pharmaceutical Companies to design and deliver research solutions that generate meaningful insights. Due to successful client growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Director to join the business. The Role: As a Healthcare/Pharma Research Director (Quant leaning) you will be responsible for the following; You will focus on building and managing client relationships through the design and delivery of high quality, strategic insight You will be hands on in terms of the research, delivery, as well as Client management You will lead in design of high level custom quant studies, be designing surveys etc. Take the lead on specific client accounts, identifying new business opportunities and develop key accounts Create and deliver impactful presentations and reports with clear strategic guidance Skills and Experience: Degree level qualified (2:1 as a minimum in a relevant area), ideally with a relevant advanced qualification (e.g. MSc, PhD, MBA)10+ years of market research experience, ideally within an agency environment. Client-side experience also desirable Proficient in the design of high level custom qualitative and quantitative studies, with significant expertise in at least one area Strong analytical skills and report design Significant healthcare/pharmaceutical research experience with proven track record of client growth and delivery on financial goals Experience across all research approaches, but able to demonstrate expertise and client credibility in at least one area Lead for allocated clients, including ensuring influx of business Identify new business opportunities and gain meetings to build relationships that deliver RFPs Expertise and experience in specific therapy areas The benefits: As a Research Director, you can earn up to a base of £80,000 base + bonus and an aggressive benefits package.
