Quantitative Research Director London (Hybrid – around 4 days in the office) £80,000–£85,000 per year (flexible up to £90,000) We’re working with a fast-growing creative consultancy that blends insight, strategy and innovation to help brands unlock new opportunities. Known for its collaborative and idea-driven culture, the business partners with global names across FMCG, travel, media and consumer goods — delivering smart, senior-led research that inspires action. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting hands-on with data and storytelling, thrives in a close-knit team, and enjoys bringing creative thinking to quantitative research. What you’ll be doing: • Lead a range of quantitative research projects from design through to insight and delivery • Build strong relationships with senior clients and deliver clear, strategic recommendations • Run brand tracking, segmentation, comms evaluation and innovation studies • Develop proposals and support pitches, helping to grow and expand key accounts • Analyse data using Q or similar tools and craft compelling stories from the numbers What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in quantitative market research, confident managing projects end-to-end • Strong storytelling and client-facing skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders • Solid data analysis skills and proficiency with Q or equivalent software • Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach • Creative, curious and collaborative – someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment If you’re looking for a role where you can combine analytical depth with creative freedom and shape how quant insight is done, this could be a great next step.
